RETURNS & VAULT ACCESS

1. THE 14-DAY WINDOW At Veloura™, we stand behind the architectural integrity of our pieces. If you are not satisfied, you have 14 days from the delivery date to initiate a return.

2. CONDITION FOR ACCEPTANCE To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original, pristine condition: unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and protective film intact. Any item showing signs of wear will be rejected and returned to the sender.

3. RETURN LOGISTICS Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Veloura™ is not responsible for items lost during return transit.

4. REFUND PROCESS Once your return is received and inspected in our vault, we will notify you of the approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days back to your original payment method.
